is seeking an
Order Management Specialist
to join our team! The Order Management Specialist ensures every customer order moves smoothly from quote to cash. You will validate incoming purchase orders, enter them into the ERP/CRM system, track fulfillment milestones, and proactively resolve any issues that threaten on-time delivery or billing accuracy. Acting as the “traffic controller” between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and the Customer, you will keep revenue flowing and customers happy while upholding company policy and financial controls. Review inventory availability while accurately entering and processing customer orders into the system Monitoring the progress of orders, tracking shipments, and updating customers on order status Collaborate with Procurement, Deployment and other teams to schedule/reschedule orders Generating and sending accurate invoices to customers based on order and contract terms, verifying billing information, and resolving billing discrepancies Use OneVizion project planning system to create and publish order management reports Escalate any problems with order entry to management team Qualifications
High school diploma Strong understanding of order to cash process and reviewing available 3+ years working in Supply Chain Management/Order Management Must have strong Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hands-on experience with SAP ERP Order Management experience desired Experience in mobile network construction desired Join Our Veteran-Friendly Team: Are you a veteran or a veteran spouse with expertise in telecommunications?
