Job Details
Compensation:
Hourly base pay of $12 per hour plus tips. Actual compensation will be based on job‑related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Work Schedule:
Open availability.

Employees may enroll in accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility depends on classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible.
Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The role includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
Essential Functions
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, colleagues, and clients.
Greet guests within five feet with a professional, friendly demeanor, using guest last names.
Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette and follow work area protocols.
Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage.
Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions.
Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issues claim checks; accurately records key tags, guest folios, vehicle locations, damage surveys, and claim check receipts; calculates and collects revenue as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Licensure:
Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within commutable distance.
Work Experience:
One month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge:
Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Skills:
Ability to read and write standard English; read and comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence; present information in one-on-one and small group settings; perform basic arithmetic with money; understand 24‑hour and military time; understand rates applicable to time passed; operate a manual transmission (highly desirable); perform parallel parking.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Employees may need to talk or hear regularly, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth and focus adjustment. Lifting requirements include up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, or up to 20 pounds constantly. Work is predominantly outdoors, subject to extreme heat and cold. Travel up to 5% may be required.
