is seeking exceptional elementary school educators to provide personalized, one‑on‑one tutoring in the Potomac and Rockville, Maryland area. We focus on helping students overcome learning challenges and build confidence. Why join us?

Conduct in‑person, one‑on‑one tutoring sessions with elementary school‑age students in the greater Potomac and Rockville areas. Develop and implement personalized lesson plans. Communicate progress and goals with parents. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Build student confidence. Qualifications
Passion for teaching and engaging with younger students. Strong knowledge of elementary subjects, particularly ELA and numeracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous tutoring or teaching experience. Familiarity with DIBELS, MAP‑R, and MAP‑M assessments. Ability to pass a background check. Experience
Experience in tutoring or teaching elementary school subjects is a plus. Benefits
