Ensure compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures. Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors. Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum. Manage effective classroom transitions. Supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques. Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained. Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements. Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings. Requirements:
At least 18 years of age CDA, Associate's, Bachelor Degree or higher education in Early Childhood Development or Education and/or related field. 35-40hr Professional Development Trainings completed through our online Quorum portal Willing to work 8:15am-5:15pm shift
