Requirements:
Must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
Tanker endorsement preferred.

Be prepared to primarily haul pneumatic trailers.
Essential Job Functions:
Plan trips efficiently, considering breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, and potential unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or construction.
Safely and effectively load, unload, and transport products as per ADM and customer specifications, while sitting for extended periods while operating equipment.
Maintain adherence to government, company, and customer regulations—including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Preferred Candidates Will:
Be at least 21 years old.
Possess one year of verifiable OTR or local tractor-trailer experience within the last seven years.
Require a Class A Commercial Driver's License; candidates with a Tanker Endorsement are preferred.
Commit to ADM's goal of fostering a zero-injury culture and adhere to company safety procedures.
Exhibit regular and punctual attendance.
Have no more than one chargeable accident or moving violation within the last three years.
Not have any DUI, DUS, or open container convictions in the last seven years.
Have no positive controlled substance or alcohol tests from previous employers.
ADM mandates successful completion of a DOT physical, drug screening, 75-pound lift test, and DOT background check.
