The Role As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You’ll follow up with tailored updates to keep prospects engaged. Saturday availability is required.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Incredible customer service skills; create a sense of community and go the extra mile.
Sales and marketing acumen; drive leasing performance through personalized connections and creative campaigns.
Follow-through on leads, providing tailored updates about floorplans, new openings, and local spots.
A genuine desire to help residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live.
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
1–2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
