The Role: Serve as a Finance partner to Operating Staff with timely and relevant reporting and analysis that drives the most informed business decisions. Provide analysis, insights and recommendations that drive profitability, mitigate risks and offer solutions to business problems.
What You’ll Do:
Support End to End transformation projects within the OTD-S Billing landscape
Support various phases of transformation project work; including prework, development, deployment and post-deployment activities
Utilize process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company
Prepare and present to leadership current state and future state analyses, testing and training plans and materials, cutover and deployment strategies
Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments
Gain a deep understanding of the business by supporting workshops to capture business and IT partner objectives, pain-points, and opportunities, and translate them into world class processes and technology enablers
Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners and anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)
Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes
Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to building a positive Workplace of Choice culture
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field
3+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project management
Knowledge of SAP R3/S4/HANA structure and functionality
Ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating project results
Affinity for innovation and/or technology and with analytical tools and techniques
Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
