As an
Early Careers Recruiter , you’ll play a key role in managing and growing the organization’s corporate internship and early‑career programs. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, attract top candidates, and deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience from start to finish. This is a hands‑on recruiting role that combines relationship management, sourcing, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
full‑cycle recruiting process
for corporate internship and early‑career positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain strong
talent pipelines
through proactive sourcing and networking. Utilize various sourcing methods, including
employee referrals, university relations, social platforms, and targeted job boards . Conduct
market research
and apply competitive insights to identify new talent channels. Maintain data integrity and compliance within the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) . Deliver an excellent
candidate experience
aligned with the company’s values and culture. Qualifications:
3+ years
of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within
early‑career or campus programs . Background in
financial services, fintech, or technology‑oriented organizations
is a plus. Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent experience required. Understanding of
technology and digital recruiting concepts . Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, proactive, and detail‑oriented mindset. Why Join:
