This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of toddler‑aged children. The Toddler Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students.
Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language, and motor skills.
Maintain classroom management strategies to create a safe and orderly environment conducive to learning.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
A background in early childhood education or childhood development is preferred.
Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
