Adjunct Faculty, Department of Accounting - Open Pool
Colorado State University invites applications for adjunct faculty in the Department of Accounting. The position is a full‑time teaching role with a base salary of $62,222 – $66,667 per year and a course load of one class per term.
Key Responsibilities
Construct course syllabi that meet the College of Business assurance of learning outcome standards.
Administer courses through the College’s learning management system.
Deliver instructional material via multi‑media teaching techniques.
Provide evidence of assurance of learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Applicable Master’s, J.D., or Ph.D. in financial accounting, managerial accounting, tax, governmental accounting, auditing, accounting systems, or business ethics, or current doctoral candidate in one of these areas.
Ability to teach in one or more of these areas.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching in these areas.
Degree from an AACSB‑accredited business school.
Previous university teaching experience in a business college.
Substantial business experience in relevant subject areas.
Experience with multi‑media teaching techniques.
