Home Health Sales Account Executive

– responsible for marketing our home health services to doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and community organizations. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with referral sources, prospecting new accounts, maintaining existing ones, and achieving the company’s financial and market share goals.
Essential Job Functions
Educate and present to referral sources such as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physicians’ offices.
Conduct in‑services, presentations, educational luncheons, and attend events to introduce home health care services to physicians, patients, families, and facility staff.
Operate autonomously with the flexibility to set your own schedule, spending most of your time in the field.
Promote professional relationships with physicians, health facilities, and other customers to strengthen the agency’s position in the community.
Consult regularly with the Administrator on all aspects of marketing and sales activities.
Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing/sales strategies for company services.
Coordinate and complete on‑site discharge planning when needed.
Design a regular schedule of visits to referral sources within the defined geographic market area.
Maintain strong relationships with referral sources through ongoing assessment.
Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy.

Requirements
At least 2 years of healthcare sales experience (home health experience preferred).
Valid and current driver's license with evidence of insurance.
Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetings.
