Overview
Sodexo's Campus Dining segment offers a new opportunity for an Executive Chef to lead dining operations at a university in Southwest Minnesota. This role manages campus‑wide dining programs, including resident dining, retail, and catering. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions, enabling a positive influence on students' well‑being and a healthy learning environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.
Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality, are implemented.
Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance.
Use automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum management experience: 2 years.
Minimum functional experience: 2 years in food or culinary services (restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, etc.).
