As a key member of the team, you'll help drive critical hiring initiatives that directly support the company's continued expansion and operational excellence. The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across the organization, partnering closely with hiring leaders and the company's RPO provider to deliver top talent. This position requires a strong recruiting generalist who can balance hands‑on sourcing, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
Worksite Location: New Brighton, MN – Onsite 5 days per week.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40–$50, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and technical roles
Partner with hiring leaders to assess needs, define hiring strategies, and manage requisitions
Collaborate with the RPO provider to ensure alignment and quality candidate delivery
Source talent through advanced search strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms
Schedule and coordinate interviews as needed, ensuring smooth logistics
Provide market insights and consultative recruiting guidance to stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the ATS system
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or hybrid RPO setting
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong sourcing experience across a range of role types and industries
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with minimal supervision
