The Interim Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple businessfunctions. Acting as a strategic talent acquisition partner, develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate engagement throughout the offer and negotiation process. The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruiting experience, particularly within the healthcare or health insurance sector, and the ability to quickly establish trust with leaders, deliver high-quality candidates, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Worksite Location Hybrid - Minnetonka, MN.
Salary Range Hourly rate between $40–$50, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including Clinical Services, Analytics, Finance, and Technology
Conduct intake meetings, define hiring strategy, and build job postings and sourcing plans
Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Advise hiring leaders on market trends, compensation, and offer strategy
Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and sub-to-hire ratios
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and networking strategies to identify top talent
Partner with HR and Talent teams to ensure consistent, compliant hiring practices
Required Skills & Experience
5–9 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both corporate and agency settings
Experience recruiting within healthcare, health insurance, or related industries preferred
Proven success in sourcing for clinical, product, analytical, and corporate roles
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Ultipro Recruiting experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills with hiring leaders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Confident, collaborative, and adaptable with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
