Salary Range: Hourly rate between $45-$55, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and future growth needs
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized and technical positions
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring consistency and professionalism throughout the process
Use creative sourcing methods and platforms to identify passive talent in niche markets
Track and maintain candidate data within ADP Workforce Now and other internal systems
Required Skills & Experience:
7–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within medical device, med tech, or related technical industries
Proven ability to recruit across engineering and technical functions
Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with multiple recruiting platforms
Skilled in navigating ambiguity and building process structure where needed
Excellent relationship management and consultative communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
