What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
Use our video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand.
Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is
