Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Dreamlifter Operations (DLO) Team The Dreamlifter Operations (DLO) team is seeking a Site Operations Integrator (Level 3 or Level 4) to be stationed at Paine Field, Everett, Washington. DLO operates a fleet of 747‑400 Large Cargo Freighter (LCF) aircraft and unique ground support equipment responsible for transporting 787 and 767 production articles to final assembly sites in Charleston, SC and Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on‑site leader overseeing supplier performance, contracted service providers, and day‑to‑day cargo operations that support the transport of 787 and 767 production components.
Act as primary decision maker in emergent situations onsite and serve as key point of contact for any ad‑hoc requirements.
Ensure all DLO infrastructure, assets, and processes are maintained and operated in accordance with contractual requirements while managing supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Responsible for coordinating flight and cargo schedules, managing cargo handling, driving operational improvements, and maintaining compliance with all documentation and audit requirements.
Act as the key liaison between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and program leadership; lead issue resolution, budget oversight, infrastructure management, and training coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable cargo operations in support of Boeing’s production system.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in either Airline Cargo Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Freight Forwarding industry.
3+ years of experience writing documentation and developing manuals for Operations and Business Processes utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
3+ years of experience developing strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of work experience in Airline Cargo Operations or Airline Transportation Logistics.
Forklift / ground support equipment operations experience.
Project management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Aircraft dispatch experience.
Training instructor.
