We are seeking an Escrow Officer to join our growing team. This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on customer service and closing deals. It requires excellent decision-making, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task as part of a team. The Escrow Officer manages real estate transactions by establishing escrow accounts, handling funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements according to established policies and procedures. This position plays a vital role in making homeownership dreams come true. This is an in-office role located at 373 Meridian Parke Ln, Ste D-1, Greenwood, IN.

What You’ll Do

Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements.

Act as a neutral liaison between parties, adhere to company policies, and monitor/risk mitigation.

Ensure all funds are properly managed and disbursed per contract and policies.

Prepare and provide regular escrow account status reports to involved parties.

Examine property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents.

Prepare legal documents for sale closure.

Complete closing procedures, including recording, filing documents, and preparing final statements and titles.

What You’ll Bring

2-4 years of escrow-related experience.

Experience handling escrow transactions directly.

Openness to new technology and proprietary programs; adaptable to workflow changes.

Passion for customer service with a professional, positive attitude.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively to exceed customer expectations.

Willingness to guide and support new talent learning the business.

Proficiency in MS Office and quick adaptation to new software.

Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state.

High school diploma or equivalent.
