In this role, you will be the go‑to person for ensuring that our HR data and systems are accurate, efficient, and optimized. From maintaining compensation, benefits, and PTO data to supporting system integrations and reporting, you will play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly. You will also partner closely with the HR Operations Manager to assess processes, identify improvements, and implement HRIS functionality that drives efficiency across the organization.
This position is based in our
Deerfield Beach, Florida
office and reports to the
Manager of Human Resources Operations .
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and updates in Rippling and CentralReach, including pay rate changes, position updates, and other employee data.
Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Rippling during the transition from BambooHR and ADP.
Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in developing and running reports, dashboards, and metrics on headcount, turnover, compensation, and operational performance.
Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure clean data flow for payroll processing, PTO tracking, and compliance reporting.
Provide support for periodic HR audits (NPI, EEOC, I‑9, ACA metrics, PTO policy reviews, RBT audits).
Test and validate HR system upgrades, workflows, and integrations to ensure smooth functionality.
Document HR processes and procedures for consistency and compliance.
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and recommend HRIS enhancements.
Provide day‑to‑day technical and reporting support to the HR Operations Manager and broader HR team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2‑4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR data management, or HR operations.
Hands‑on experience with HR systems (Rippling preferred but not required; experience with CentralReach, BambooHR, or ADP a plus).
Strong technical skills with HR reporting, dashboards, and system auditing.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a service‑oriented mindset.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
