Base pay range: $225,000 - $275,000 per year.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Sr. Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of estate planning matters while ensuring the highest level of service to our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for leadership, learning, and growth within our firm. Responsibilities
Manage comprehensive estate planning transactions, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Provide independent advice to clients with more than $20 million in assets. Oversee estate and trust administration, probate, and charitable planning. Deliver tailored estate planning strategies to high‑net‑worth clients. Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration. Proven ability to advise and serve clients managing $20 M+ in assets. Skills
Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents. Strong understanding of estate and trust administration processes. Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills.
