Pay Range
Base pay: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Responsibilities
Enhance the residential experience for residents in Vicinia communities.
Manage the consumer life cycle, including acquisition of consumers, excellent resident service, retention and separation of residents.
Provide information about apartments and community to prospective residents and schedule visits.
Leasing apartments at an acceptable determined percent of total prospects.
Accurately and efficiently prepare and assist with all leasing paperwork (applications, lease agreements, addenda, employment checks, credit checks, and leasing move‑in packets).
Maintain accurate knowledge of all aspects of the community, including rent and pricing, market comps, vacancies, apartment availability, lease expirations, square footage, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year leasing or sales experience preferred.
Customer service, hospitality, or product sales background desirable.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Computer literacy, including experience with computerized property management and/or accounting software.
Flexible work week schedule, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation required.
Compensation $18 – $20 per hour.
