AE - Stock Associate

Job Overview Compensation: Base pay range $17.25/yr – $18.98/yr. Actual starting pay is based on experience and location.
Responsibilities
Process shipments, replenish, manage markdowns and merchandising to keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor.
Maintain the stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are organized and efficient.
Identify merchandising opportunities, report them to store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to correct them.
Assist team members with non‑stock related tasks or guest support as needed.
Follow safety standards, asset protection protocols, and AEO policies and procedures both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications & Desired Attributes
Passion for AE and Aerie products.
Strong organization skills with attention to detail; excellent priority‑setting and time‑management.
Flexible availability – ready to work early morning, late evening, and weekends.
Prior experience in a stock‑related role.
