Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction for assigned eCommerce retail accounts, aligning with broader business goals.

Execute retention, category expansion, and account conversion plans to unlock new revenue streams.

Build and strengthen relationships with key retail partners and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to develop integrated sales strategies, product roadmaps, and promotional campaigns.

Refine market coverage strategies in response to consumer behaviors, competitive pressures, and emerging digital trends.

Deliver actionable insights and strategic updates to senior leadership on market dynamics and customer performance.

Optimize product listings with compelling copy, images, and SEO best practices.

Manage digital shelf presence across all platforms.

Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, average order value, and customer acquisition cost to inform decisions.

Apply retargeting and personalization strategies to boost partner engagement.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing eCommerce account management team, ensuring daily operational oversight and performance coaching.

Engage in responsibilities that ensure a safe work environment and comply with continuous improvement of company policies, processes, and procedures.

Communicate inventory and volume forecasting needs with Demand Planning & Operations.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.

5+ years of sales or account management experience, primarily through eCommerce.

Experience working with direct eCommerce accounts such as Amazon, The Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and BI.

Proficiency in utilizing PIM systems and related technologies (MDM, data integration, transformation).

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated analytical and interpersonal skills, with a history of driving successful outcomes.

Proven success in delivering results in dynamic and competitive markets.

Willingness to travel 20% or more.

The expected annual salary for this position is between $108,120.00 and $145,696.00. This range is a good faith estimate and actual compensation will be based on knowledge, location, skills, training, and experience.
