We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and have experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
About Us Clover Therapy Center is a small BCBA run clinic in Myrtle Beach, SC. We have been providing services since March of 2025. Services provided are currently clinic and school based only. Some families may seek community support occasionally and this will occur at the discretion of the BCBA. We are a small company focusing on quality of care. We utilize a compassionate approach with our clients and families building meaningful bonds while working towards progress on goals. Our services run primarily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Collect and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.
Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
Option to help supervise Student Analysts.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Provide at least 25 billable hours per week (combination of 97151, 97153 when necessary, 97155, and 97156). All services provided are in person.
Experience
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis related to patient assessment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
