to lead up this wellestablished (23 yrs. in business) restaurant brewery in beautiful McMinnville OR.(McMinnville was named one of the top ten “Foodiest Towns in America” by BonAppetite) From the very beginning, on the cutting edge of the farm to tableconcept with all natural Angus Beef that is raised on spent brewery grain andspring fed pastures, and an organically managed garden producing an average of5,000 lbs. of seasonal vegetables for the restaurant. We are dedicated to providing high quality farm to table cuisinefor our guests. This is a full service,high volume, high quality brewery and restaurant focusing on fresh localingredients. Requirements
Ideal candidate will have the following: 5 years’ plus experience working as Chef / Kitchen Manager inthe upscale, casual dining segment Casual, yet Corporate experience/background a plus Hands on experience and culinary depth are important, as well asthe ability to manage and inspire staff to higher levels of culinary quality Candidate needs to be proficient in achieving budget costcontrols, and labor goals BUSY environment, candidate must have the energy and mentaltoughness to succeed Ability to work in Excel spreadsheets and Word required Salary Range & Benefits Salary – $60k – $70k (starting, based on experience level) Bonus Program / Profit Sharing based off unit performance Company Supplemented Health Insurance Annual Performance and Salary Review Balanced Work / Personal Lifestyle including PTO program
