WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This Advanced Practice Provider will meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Health Mooresville located in Mooresville, Indiana.
WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have experience treating patients of all ages in Family Medicine, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Practice Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Flexible full-time provider schedule
Average outpatient volume: 18 - 22 patients per day
Strong mentorship from physicians in the practice
Busy collegial practice
Lab on site
Common Diagnoses:
Common Cold
COPD
Flu
Diabetes
Depression
Hypertension
Medicare Wellness Checks
Preventative Visits

Master's Degree - Required
Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
