THE ROLE Certinia is looking for a highly motivated professional who can achieve customer acquisition and development objectives in a fast‑paced technology sales environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a startup environment, understand the sales cycle, and be eager to grow within the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas by developing and managing prospective customer relationships within the Growth segment.

Lead complex sales cycles and present the value of Certinia’s applications to decision makers.

Drive bookings while developing relationships and upselling new products.

Understand prospects’ business drivers through deep discovery, qualification, and position Certinia applications to address their challenges.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

University degree or equivalent education/experience.

Minimum 3 years of proven quota attainment in technology sales.

Experience closing complex consultative sales cycles for new business.

Self‑motivation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Track record building pipelines through prospecting and partnering with solutions like Salesforce.

Excellent written and oral communications.

Strong time‑management skills.
