Regional Account Manager - Elevate, Midwest Join to apply for the Regional Account Manager - Elevate, Midwest role at Amrize Building Envelope. This position reports to the Regional Business Manager and focuses on driving profitable growth through product and project development.

Location:

Building Envelope locations: Fishers, IN; Waukesha, WI; Chicago Office IL; Detroit Terminal MI; HHR Siège Saint-Louis.

Responsibilities

Promote and demonstrate new product information to consultants and architects.

Deliver educational presentations to consultants and architects.

Review project specifications to ensure effective product selection and use.

Set strategic goals for specification development by segment and customer.

Support Elevate Brand transition from specification conversion.

Act as the single point of contact for regional building owners, providing solutions throughout project lifecycle.

Collaborate with local sales representatives to discover, connect, and establish regional account agreements with building owners.

Track and monitor accounts; provide insights and development strategies to the Regional Business Manager.

Correspond with customers via phone/email and in person communication promptly.

Travel with sales representatives to understand local markets and support territory growth.

Work with technical team to resolve pre/post‑installation issues when required.

Assist installers with product substitution requests and submittals.

Provide market‑specific information to Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Technical teams when requested.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.

At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Business and/or financial experience desired.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Tableau, PowerPoint.

SAP experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with customers, subsidiaries, agents, and sales force.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or sales.

Ability to multitask and adapt priorities quickly.

Estimated required travel: 30% (mostly overnight).
