Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area
Manage appointment schedules, visitor logs, and sign-ins
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory management
Support administrative teams with routine tasks as needed
Qualifications: Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
