A San Francisco-based office is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Office Services Clerk
to support daily operational functions. The role involves document production, mail handling, supply management, and basic hospitality services. This position plays a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
Operate high-volume copiers and related equipment; complete binding, cutting, and document assembly tasks Perform document imaging, scanning, and digital conversions Set up and break down conference rooms; coordinate food and beverage orders as needed Conduct daily checks of office equipment to ensure functionality; restock paper, toner, and other consumables Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate repairs with service providers Maintain supply inventory and related tracking documentation Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office supplies Provide occasional reception coverage including answering phones and greeting guests Assist with general office support as directed by management Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative or office services experience preferred Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, printers, fax machines) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs Customer service mindset and a professional demeanor Work Environment
The role is performed in a professional office environment and may involve periods of standing, walking, or lifting supplies and materials. Compensation & Benefits
