What You'll Do

This role focuses on the advisor experience by supporting sales and developing mutually profitable advisor relationships. Handle inbound calls from advisors and answer product related questions, performance data, sales literature, portfolio analytics, etc. while documenting interactions and key advisor data.

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you'll do:

Respond to service requests from directors, internal wholesalers and internal sales managers

Solve for needs across products: mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETF's, 529's, internal funds, etc

Learn to identify new sales opportunities

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience

1+ years of industry-related experience is necessary

FINRA licensing required within 45 days of employment including SIE, Series 7, Series 63 licenses

Requires ability to work independently

Persuasive written and verbal communication (including telephone) skills

Excellent presentation skills

Travel as needed to support territory or conference needs

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Separately Managed Accounts, and Mutual Funds

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$22.07 - $39.81 / hour

Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

This role may be based in either Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC.

Work Environment

This role offers the ability for in-office, & hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek) work arrangements. This is a hybrid position with the requirement of 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. Management reserves the right to adjust the days required in office.
