This position is a minimum of 4 days in the office with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. This position is based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.
Target Start Date:
June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program)
Intern Pay Rate
: $21 - $24 per hour

Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented intern to join our Marketing Promotions team for the summer. This role will support customer bonding initiatives designed to deepen engagement, loyalty, and brand affinity across our customer base. You'll work closely with the team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and bring fresh ideas to life.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in planning and executing customer bonding campaigns (e.g., personalized outreach, loyalty programs, giveaways)
Support the development of promotional materials and messaging across email, social media, and other channels
Help coordinate customer appreciation events or experiences
Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights and recommendations
Conduct research on customer engagement trends and competitor strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising
Provide administrative support as needed
What's Needed - Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a passion for customer experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel, Canva or Figma, Klaviyo or email marketing platforms is a plus
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
