6am-6:30pm or 6:30am-7pm Enjoy Monday through Thursday off! Position Summary:

The Receiving Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the unloading and receipt of all materials for the company or plant location. This position is responsible for maintaining efficient product storage, maintaining accurate inventory levels by implementing the First In First Out (FIFO) method, and delivering all materials to the Production areas or corresponding department in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner. This position reports directly to the Inventory & Scheduling Manager.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Unload all inbound material. Check in and verify accuracy of all inbound loads. Put away all inbound materials by approved put-away method to ensure FIFO and safe practices are always conducted in the warehouse. Transfer all packaging materials to corresponding departments, from given picklist. Move stock within Great Plains System proficiently. Inspect product and notify staff of quality or damage issues Achieve and maintain certification on material handling equipment (Powered Pallet Jack, Ride-on Jack and/or stacker, Stand-Up Forklift) upon placement in role or within 30 days of placement in the role. Contribute ideas/suggestions to improve warehouse procedures. Perform cleaning and Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) tasks as directed. Fill & maintain production consumable supplies throughout the facility. Complete other duties as assigned. Candidate Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED) is required. Prior warehouse experience is preferred. A minimum of basic proficiency in English. Ability to solve basic math operations, and strong communication skills. A minimum of one year experience operating Stand-Up Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks. Must have strong computer skills with data entry accuracy. Ability to manage time well and be self-motivated. Ability to maintain Inventory levels a must Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee:

Must have the ability to make coordinated movement of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble large and small objects. Must be able to stand for entire shifts with periodic, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting of up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Must be able to safely walk and work around machinery and knives. Must be able to wear a hairnet, latex gloves, hearing protection, as well as any other PPE. Must be able to work in cool, temperature-controlled environment of 35-50 degrees.
