Job Description

This person will be responsible for owning the Order Management System. This includes coordinating stakeholder workshops, documenting current state, gathering future state, assessing gaps, and documenting future state for consumption by development teams. Additionally, this person will help drive consensus, gain buy-in across competing business unit demands and escalating issues that will increase scope, funding needs and/or timeline. In addition to understanding the current business landscape, this person will be responsible for creating and evangelizing a vision for the future. They will also be tasked with creating qualitative and quantitative justification to support that vision, secure necessary resources and see it through to fruition.

Responsibilities

Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs Prioritization: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile practices to manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement Cross Functional Collaboration and Execution: Work effectively with product owners across business domains to ensure overall business goals are met, to reduce dependencies and mitigate risk. This includes coordinating with impacted teams to make sure they are prepared for new features including changes to store, distribution center or fulfillment center processes, training, and change management. Partner internally and externally, especially with product / solution vendors, driving their product roadmap. Data Analysis and Reporting: Define the KPIs that determine the success of the product. Analyze the data to test, measure, iterate and optimize Qualifications

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, MIS, Business or Technology. Five to seven years of experience in product owner or similar project management role in Ecommerce or Operations Agile certification preferred Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Strong business analysis skills and understanding of the business and stakeholder needs Proven experience in translating strategy into tactical execution About Us
