What You'll Do: Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults beginning their journey to recovery from substance use. Be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers medically monitored detoxification and acute treatment services, ensuring every individual receives the support and respect they deserve. Providing care with kindness, sensitivity, and respect for individual autonomy and dignity. Assessing and documenting individuals' physical, psychological, and emotional status.

Who You Are:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Massachusetts licensure (required) At least one year of nursing experience (preferred, especially in behavioral health, detox, or medical-surgical settings) Skilled in assessment, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Empathetic, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals rebuild their lives We Hire for Purpose!
