Would you like to play an integral role working for Servco Forklift & Industrial Equipment's parts department? The Parts Warehouse Person provides genuine parts to customers by receiving, stocking, and pulling parts in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks and shipping containers and accurately receive and inspect merchandise to ensure the correct item and quantity was received Inspect merchandise for damages and document damages for insurance claims Maintain organized storage areas, assist with inventory counts and cycle counting, and ensure accurate placement and organization of inventory Utilize forklift and picker to accurately and safely pick and pack parts orders for local delivery or neighbor island shipment Prepare all related shipping documents for outbound shipments Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment including reporting safety and material handling equipment concerns on a timely basis Assist with tire pressing as needed Assist with parts delivery driving as needed Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent Minimum six months of hands-on warehouse/delivery work experience preferred Auto parts work experience preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification within 3 months of hire (training will be provided) Ability to operate a forklift, picker, and other material handling equipment Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation and perform physical tasks in a demanding environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency Must be able to follow instructions, be safety focused and a team player Work schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
