Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Work Schedule: Full Time - Monday-Friday
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Pay Range: $25.00 - 27.00/hour on w2
Job Description: Position Overview:
Coordinate the activities of the shipping and receiving team. Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliant of shipments. Work with Pure internal staff and Contract Manufacturing sites to ensure all *** global receipts are entered in a timely manner. Deliver shipments from shipping and receiving to storage and work areas. Prepare shipments using FedEx.com and other courier accounts. Work on methods for continuous improvement to ensure the shipping and receiving department continues to change at the fast pace. Maintain internal asset register from the loading of assets to assisting finance with questions on location and dispositions. Handle large deliveries and outbound shipments. Interact with both internal and external customers, i.e. Customers, Freight Forwarder, Vendors/Suppliers, Integrator (DHL/FedEx/UPS) Process international shipments in compliance with US export regulations. Education: High School graduate
Requirements:
Preferred systems experience (Netsuite/SFDC). Knowledge using Google Suite, MS Office, FedEx.com, and courier online-based systems. 3+ years in Shipping/Receiving role. #TB_EN
