Job Title: Forklift Operator
Company/Industry: Well established distribution company
Location: Bay Shore, NY
Salary: $19/hr
Hours: 1 week training during 1st shift, then hours become 2nd shift: 2pm-1030pm
Status: Temp-to-Hire
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operating forklift to load/unload and sort merchandise • Scanning of barcodes for merchandise • Occasional lifting and sorting of merchandise • Follows safety rules and maintains a clean work environment by keeping workstation, warehouse and receiving area neat and organized • Complete other projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time • Previous forklift experience • Ability to follow instructions • Roll Clamp experience a plus Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
