We're expanding our warehouse operations to support our growing businesses. You'll help us build efficient systems while training adults with developmental disabilities in valuable employment skills.

About This Opportunity

As our Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you'll manage merchandise flow while mentoring participants in warehouse procedures. You'll coordinate receiving, quality control, and deliveries to retail locations, combining operations expertise with meaningful participant training.

What you'll accomplish: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse systems for efficient operations Train and supervise participants in warehouse procedures that build their vocational skills Make weekly deliveries to retail stores and coordinate with vendors to support operations What you bring to this role:

You bring warehouse or inventory experience and enjoy teaching others. You have the patience to support adults with developmental disabilities as they build employment skills, and your attention to detail ensures accuracy.

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with good driving record for local deliveries Experience with inventory control or warehouse operations preferred Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheets

Compensation

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour
