The IT Project Manager has the following responsibilities: Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of large-scale, complex projects (typically with significant business, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies). Adopts and adapts project management methods and tools, selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches. Ensures that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained. Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders. Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefits. Leads and manages projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners. Manages scope and risk to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters. Monitors, controls, and validates financial forecast, resources, and capital costs against the project budget and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures in alignment with project stakeholders expectations. Develops communication plans and appropriate vehicles to execute on responsibilities. Represents the project in briefings to sponsors, key stakeholders, governance, and inter-department forums. Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated project schedule and delivery plan. Develops the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, risk plan, and related project management artifacts; publishes periodic project status reports. Who is USP Looking For?

in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Minimum of

should be hands on project management in an IT environment managing a variety of large complex projects. Demonstrates leadership. Communicates effectively, both formally and informally. Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives. Analyses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets. Demonstrates creativity, innovation, and ethical thinking in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer/stakeholder. Maintains an awareness of developments in the project management industry. Takes initiative to keep skills up to date. Experience in identifying the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups. Experience in translating communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables. Experience in facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining, and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. Experience in providing informed feedback to assess and promote understanding. Facilitates business decision-making processes. Experience in capturing and disseminating technical and business information. Additional Desired Preferences

PMP Certification Preferred. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification. Possess a high level of business acumen; understanding the business need for each project and the ability to make decisions based on what is best for the organization. Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple projects within agreed to scope, schedule and budget. Proven ability to manage subcontractors from RFP stage through evaluation, selection, contracting, and execution of work plans. Must possess a high degree of comfort with ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to make continuous improvement a priority. Ability to collect qualitative and quantitative data to help drive process improvement. Possess the ability to perform project reviews; assessing project health and identifying problems as well as noteworthy areas; and if asked, confidently turn a troubled project around. Compensation

Base Salary Range:

USD $87,200.00 $113,450.00

annually.

Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidates skill set, experience, qualifications, equity, and other job-related reasons.
