Description We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to the Chief People Officer of a leading organization in the real estate industry. This is a Contract-to-permanent position based in the Greater Philadelphia Region and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with C-suite executives and the Board of Directors. The ideal Senior Executive Assistant candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion to manage complex priorities and deliver seamless administrative support. - Deliver strategic administrative support to the Chief People Officer, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, handling agenda creation, meeting minutes, and distribution of relevant materials.
- Coordinate executive meetings and prepare necessary documentation with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Manage complex calendars, book travel arrangements, and prepare for high-level meetings.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Facilitate communication between the Chief People Officer, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and address logistical challenges, streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to support initiatives related to people and culture.
- Provide actionable insights and contribute to the optimization of workflows within the organization.
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in coordinating Board of Directors operations, including agenda preparation and meeting documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- High emotional intelligence and a detail-oriented demeanor, capable of interacting effectively across all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all responsibilities.
