Overview

The city of Maple Grove is seeking Guest Service Representatives who serve as the first point of contact for the patrons of the Maple Grove Central Park. As a guest service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons at all times in a diverse and high-traffic environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing tasks that help with the day-to-day operations of the community center. Join our growing and diverse community!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patrons at Maple Grove Central Park and provide excellent customer service in a diverse, high-traffic environment.
• Perform tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the community center.

Details

• Hours: Monday–Friday (Daytime hours), but may vary.
• Starting hourly rate: $15.85
