• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Must have or be able to obtain a security

clearance - Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers - Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs

• Previous leadership experience
• Understand the management of budgets
• Related experience in material handling, control

systems and Enterprise Resource \(ERP\) systems **Desired Skills:** - Experience supporting Material Management and Accounting System \(MMAS\)

• Black Belt trained / certified
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory
• Management \(CPIM\) certification
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and

parts lists - Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire production supply chain - Inventory control and material handling knowledge

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with SAP
