**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the team\. Our team is responsible for manufacturing planning and supervision\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the manufacturing planning process\. You will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production planning\. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the manufacturing planning process
- Working closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production planning
- Developing and implementing manufacturing plans and schedules
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and cost\-effective production
- Analyzing and resolving production planning issues
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Must have or be able to obtain a security
- Previous leadership experience
- Understand the management of budgets
- Related experience in material handling, control
- Black Belt trained / certified
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory
- Management \(CPIM\) certification
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with SAP

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
- *Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
