7+ years experience with complex commercial and/or business litigation
~ Top 50 law school
~ Traditional experience with private, respectable firm
~ Someone who is tired of working big law hours and ready to join a group that broke free from the big law mold

Remote work or firm will pay for office rental lease if physical space is desired
