Executive Assistant Los Angeles, CA Scheduling and Calendar Management:Managing the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Communication Management:Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring clear and timely responses. Financial Support:Assisting with bill payments, payroll, commission collections, and budget maintenance. Problem Solving:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain accurate records. Interpersonal Skills:Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Time Management Skills:Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Real Estate Knowledge:Understanding of real estate terminology and practices is beneficial. Bachelor's degree preferred.
