Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries and the preparation of financial statements.
- Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, and audit readiness activities.
- Lead revenue reconciliation audits and support financial period close processes.
- Review expense reports, corporate credit card transactions, and related journal entries.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in intercompany reconciliations and multi-entity financial analysis.
- Apply excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders across departments.
- Solve problems effectively using strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Manage and develop accounting teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in high-volume, multi-location industries.
- Lead accounting teams and oversee successful system implementations.
- Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Utilize experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, cost accounting, and contract analysis (preferred).
