Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Implement and maintain accounting software systems such as BlackLine and Concur to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements across all financial activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to provide accurate insights into the company's performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage billing and financial transactions effectively.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee ERP system usage to improve efficiency in financial operations.
- Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to maintain internal controls.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems, including BlackLine and Concur.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in financial processes.
- Experience with auditing and regulatory compliance in financial operations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA certification preferred.
