Our client, a growing e-commerce company in Glendale, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join their team on a temporary-to-hire basis. Hybrid role. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Responsibilities:

- Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting staff
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to staff
- Manage month end close process
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Account and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
- Sales tax reporting and i nternal and external audits
- Play a key role in implementing and maintaining strong internal controls
- BA/BS Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (1+ year in a managerial role)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
