This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, trend-driven fashion brand in growth mode. As the first point of contact for visitors you will act as a brand ambassador and play a key part in keeping our front office and daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, has strong communication skills, and can juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and positivity.

In‑office 5 days/week in Beverly Hills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage check‑in, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience that reflects our brand culture.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area and conference room scheduling, keeping spaces tidy and guest‑ready.
  • Support office operations including mail, packages, messenger services, and supply management.
  • Assist HR and Operations teams with onboarding coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain company contact lists and handle basic data entry or filing.
  • Provide general support to executive and department teams as needed—calendar assistance, meeting prep, vendor coordination, etc.
  • Partner with facilities to address office maintenance or service requests.
  • Help coordinate team meetings, events, and sample sales as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience (fashion or creative industry experience a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high‑energy, ever‑changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and brand awareness.
