What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Home Health and Hospice.
- Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience with Workday and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for recruiting events.
- Experience in home health or hospice recruiting.
- Familiarity with HCHB and healthcare staffing strategies.
- Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus.
